Take an old wardrobe from the furniture found in the house ...
... and decide to give it brand new lease of life.
Strip and sand down all the old varnished timber frame,
undercoat and top coat all large timber panels on front and sides.
Thoroughly clean, repair and sand down all internal surfaces ...
... before lining the whole wardrobe with hardboard panels
wrapped in wonderful cotton ticking ...
... yes, that includes the inside of the drawer ...
... and the inside soffit of the wardrobe.
Position the newly refurbished wardrobe in the master bedroom of our Noci apartment
and enjoy how great it looks ... and how little it cost to create.
Well worth the time and effort ...
just imagine how much it would cost to buy in a furniture restoration warehouse!
